TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Sophie Studio Oslo!
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sophie Studio. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide our online shopping services.
Orders
When placing a purchase order, the customer agrees and consents to our Terms & Conditions. You must be of legal age, at least 18 years to shop at our website. Please make sure all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in Norwegian krone (NOK) and include VAT.
Note that we do not stand responsible for any extra VAT or duty costs outside of Norway. The customer is fully responsible to research all VAT and duty costs of their respective country before proceeding with an order. Prices may change without notice.
Sophie Studio accepts payments through Visa, Mastercard and Vipps.
Products
We do our best to show our products and services as accurately as possible. However, please note that colours and appearances may vary depending on your device and screen settings. Each piece is handmade and unique, which means that small variations in shape, colour, and texture of the stones (such as agate, quartz, or pearls) may occur — this is part of their natural beauty.
We do not guarantee that a product will look exactly like the photos shown online. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at our discretion.
Shipping
Our pieces are produced on request — please allow 3-5 business days for preparation.
Sophie Studio will arrange shipping to be delivered to the address indicated in your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation once order is shipped, with a corresponding tracking number.
Normal delivery within Norway: 1-4 business days, subject to delays during peak seasons. Delivery times are estimates only. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events outside our control.
For standard international shipping, it can take 5-10 business days depending on your country. We supply you with a shipping confirmation once order is shipped and corresponding tracking number. Global Shipping: For now, we only ship to EU, Switzerland and USA.

Return Policy
Sophie Studio offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must return the item(s) in the same condition that you received it, (unused and undamaged, with tags and in original packaging)

While the returned package is in transit it is under your responsibility. Please bear in mind that return expenses will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a reasonable solution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange Policy
Sophie Studio exchanges items bought online within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that size exchanges depend on our stock availability. There is a chance that if the item you ordered was “made to order” that the new size also will be. The returning shipping costs are at your own expense, however, we will cover the outgoing shipping when sending you the exchanged item(s). Please make sure to fill out the enclosed return form and send everything to the address listed under the section "Return Policy".
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your item(s), in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.
To exercise this right, you must:
- Notify us in writing within the 14-day period
- Return the item in the same condition as received (unused and undamaged, with tags and in original packaging)
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please email sophiestudio.oslo@gmail.com to request a return form.
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, the purchase amount, including the original shipping cost (if applicable), will be refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, no later than 14 days after we have received and processed the return.

All content on our website and services — including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and designs — is owned by Sophie Studio or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using our materials or trademarks without written permission is not allowed.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sophie Studio. Shopify and other names or logos mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

Errors
We do our best to keep all information accurate, but mistakes may happen. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if needed (including after you have submitted your order).
Relationship with Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Sophie Studio. Shopify is not responsible for your orders or any related issues.
